States, Part II, the Solution
John Tobin 6/20/2021 8:01 AM

Ok Folks, Yesterday, I tried to delineate the ways the States lost their powers to the Federal government, two large events, the power to tax, and direct election of Senators, and one seemingly minute change in a regulation, from “will cross state borders” to “could cross state borders”. Yep, that ruling was the icing on the fascist cake. It still took them nearly one hundred years of destroying the American education system to be able to implement their agenda. In 2020 they used ignorant voters, massive media lies, a pandemocrat hoax, and corrupt officials. They stole an election and instantly started shoving an agenda down America’s throats, an agenda that is designed to destroy our economy, our Constitution and our very Republic.

What is America’s hope to stop this mini bulldozer, with maximum destruction capabilities? The DINO win was miniscule, they have the House by four seats, the Senate by one, and a Presidency that no one but a flaming fascist thinks was legitimately won. The DINOs are acting like it was a Reagan Landslide, ninety nine states, millions of the plurality. It wasn’t, in fact if the stolen elections were thrown out, and they will be it will show that Trump probably rivaled Reagan’s landslide. So what do we do about it?

Over the last few weeks, several have asked what happens if the state audits pay off, and states de-certify their elections, changing the electoral college results, and awarding President Trump the win, they said suppose we don’t feel like leaving the White House, what are you going to do about it? And that is where the governors and states can end this bogus regime, one hopes they will for alternative two is neat, but a bit strange, and three is one all should hope to avoid.

The First is the power now being used more frequently, the Republican governors are using the DINO’s tactic, refusing or nullifying Federal Regulations, remember “Sanctuary Cities, and Sanctuary States” refusing to recognize legal immigration laws, well bubala, if DINO’s can nullify, so can the GOP, now that the RINOs are becoming extinct, the new breed of GOP governor’s is stepping up to the plate. So now we have 2nd Amendment Sanctuary cities, counties and states, which drive the DINOs ballistic, as they believe only they are immune from laws.

The Second Alernative is the governors should unite and form a “nullification council or alliance” notifying the WHuppet, his administration and the rest of the Washington Cesspool* that unconstitutional mandate, edicts and decrees will be ignored, if the Cesspool threatens, call their bluff. The Feds can’t use local Law Enforcement, or the National Guard, they are loyal to the city and state. In an effort to protect their delicate offspring from being drafted, the DINOs and RINOs established the volunteer Armed Forces, they are from the Red states, in most cases, and won’t go home and shoot or arrest their grandmother for refusing to turn in he AR-15 and thirty round magazines. So what do they do?

The Feds could say no Federal money, fine the states can withhold income taxes, refuse to provide utilities to Federal installations or facilities, and to confiscate and sell Federal Property.

The third is simple, Barack Hussein Obama, failed his master George Soros, he didn’t get the guns, and no matter how they threaten, the folks are still clinging to their Constitution, Guns and their God, and it isn’t going to change.

Faced with a determined public, I believe the DINOs, cowards when they face a prepared foe, will take the third alternative, the New England states have already had meetings bout secession during the Trump Presidency. Many folks didn’t know they had agree to secede during the War of 1812, when they were losing money as they could not trade with England, so this is not a new idea to them. One almost believes that perfidy, and dishonor are required courses at Harvard and its sisters of the Ivy League.

Would there be a Civil War, one doesn’t think so, check which states have banned guns, have few military bases, no arms factories and few veterans, and the odds they would face. They boast we have the HQs of all the major banks and corporations, yep, but we have the factories and the workers.

The most important difference is “we will not go quietly into the night, that hell of a fascist nation.

Tomorrow: Is bigger really better or does size matter?

God bless America.
