Part 2, The Eagle and the Dragon
John Tobin 6/12/2021 8:01 AM
Ok Folks, part 2, the Eagle, to conclude the China question, I will mention three drastic remedies to the Chinese problem, Nationalization, Embargo, and Repudiation, I will try to explain each:
Should China not agree to:
a. Level the playing field and reduce their tariffs
b. Cease the theft of intellectual property
c. Cease demands for minority interest in corporations doing business in China
d. Cease demands for proprietary information from corporations doing business in China
e. Cease cyber-attacks on American corporations and agencies.
f. Admit culpability for the ChiCom bioweapon being released on the world and identify those Americans who assisted in the attempt overthrow of the Republic.
We would initiate, in order, the following actions:
In 1917, when we declared war on Germany, all German assets were seized and sold to Americans, the same occurred in 1942, under international law that is called “Nationalizing”, it can be done, even without a state of war, every asset China has in America could be seized and sold.
Then the President could either continue to raise tariffs or declare “Embargo” on Chinese goods. We take over 48% of the Chinese production, our embargo, would stop their factories cold, the rest of the world could not absorb a fraction of our purchases, bringing their factories, their foundries, all of their means of production to a halt. Once again, the people of China are used to eating, having nice clothing, enjoying TV, radio, computers, an embargo would quickly end this sojourn into modern times, and the Party would be in danger.
If the Chinese continue on their campaign of economic and cyber-warfare, after inviting the other countries able to provide inexpensive goods to our market, and with offers of economic incentives, low tariffs for example, they would leap into the breach.
Once those lines of supplies are secured, we would announce that unless China agrees to the actions delineated above, America will exercise the ultimate option.
We would “Repudiate” the debt they hold. Declare all instruments held by the People’s Republic of China, invalid. We no longer consider them as a secured or common debt of the United States. Several things would happen, the rest of the world would make “NOTES TO SELF – play fair with America”, they may scream and yell, but there is naught they can do, who else can they deal with, who else can protect them, where else can they put their money? It is their choice, for as long as you play fair, it is secure.
The other event that would occur, is the fall of the Communist Party in China, the people, as with those in the old Iron Curtain countries would throw off their RED masters, civil war, probably not, chaos and confusion, probably, end state, a China more interested in international trade as an equal partner. Pie in the sky, not really, remember they have seen the west, they understand “freedom” and if not mollified by continued progress, would seek that “freedom” they have observed.
Once America rids itself of the ChiCom lackey in the White House, the Dragon can be put back in the cage, it was almost contained until their last-ditch effort using millions to hijack an American election, they sowed the seed, then they will reap the whirlwind.
Tomorrow: One person, one vote.
God Bless America.
