Waiting for 2022: By Citizen Writer, Alma Womack
American Citizen 5/28/2021 1:20 PM
Every place where I read articles, people are waiting for 2022 to get here to “vote out the democrats in the House and the Senate and give control of these houses back to the Republican Party.” This is a repeat of the mantra from the election of 2008, when the communist was first elected to the White House.
The Tea Party was formed because of this 2008 election, and people got busy organizing across the nation to Take Back America, for they could see the dangerous tilt to the left that the country was heading towards. The goal was to take back the House in 2010, so that a republican controlled house would repeal the obnoxious Obamacare that had been literally shoved down the throats of the American people, courtesy of the demoncrats and John Roberts.
And it happened. The republicans regained control of the House on their promises to not only repeal Obamacare, but to also protect Americans from the weaponized IRS that was persecuting conservative organizations, along with other government atrocities being perpetrated by those in power. Then what happened when they got to D.C.? N.O.T.H.I.N.G. All those campaign promises vaporized when the newbies joined the establishment. They quickly learned to take their high-minded ideas and lock them in the cloakroom. They became the chameleons they replaced.
“Well, we’ve got to get back the Senate,” and we did, with the same results. Then we had to “get back the White House in 2012,” and instead of backing a true American patriot, the republican powers behind the throne picked Mitt Romney, a lifelong politician in the same vein as the loser they picked in 2008. Romney was so disliked that people who normally vote in elections, just stayed home, and let Obama coast back in. Now we know that it was probably with some help from his friends with Dominion voting machines, but still, Obama stayed where his incompetence never belonged, in the President’s chair.
In 2016, Donald Trump was elected by the people who had been disappointed by the election results in 2010, 2012, and 2014, when they elected republicans who got to D.C. and played dead. Trump upset Felonious von Pantsuit (Kurt Schlicter’s term for Madame Clinton) and that halted the communist plan to have eight more years of radical control of the nation. The plan was for Madame to continue the Obama/communist policies, to once and for all destroy the American Republic.
Well, the Uniparty in Congress made darn sure and certain that Trump wouldn’t interfere with their schedule again, so the election in 2020 was one of fraud, cheating, chicanery, lies and deception against the president who was on his way to truly Making America Great Again. Because of their massive cheating, we now have a dementia patient sitting in the Oval Office, who wears a “Kick Me” sign on his back for the rest of the world to see and act upon. And waiting in the wings for him to be ‘retired for medical reasons’ is a woman about as dumb as a box of rocks, but eminently easy to control by the puppet masters.
I am going to share a few paragraphs from a talented writer named Tal Bachman, who had an excellent essay “The Republican Party Sucks,” in an American Greatness article. He gives a history of republican incompetence for decades; the paragraphs I am sharing comes from recent times.
“….Unsurprisingly, the Republican Party continued sucking once Trump arrived.
Nearly all its leading lights lined up against the only candidate in decades to address the concerns of the party’s own base. For every Newt or Rudy, there were dozens of snarky, Romney-like Republicans who tried, overtly and covertly, to take him down. Those who didn’t mostly sat by in silence as rogue federal agencies tried to remove Trump from office based on false allegations fabricated by the agencies themselves.
And now, post-Trump, the Republican Party still sucks.
Consider, just for starters, that as the Biden Administration resumes the national demolition job started by Barack Obama, but interrupted by Trump, Republicans overall have remained oddly passive. Where’s the robust resistance? The alternative proposals? The focused effort on a party rebuild? Nowhere, or near nowhere.
….The brute fact is that the Republican Party today-unlike its original incarnation-has no rootedness in any specific moral conception of political life. It is an unmoored, mercenary instrument for hire. And members of a would-be permanent ruling caste have hired it.
That’s why to the extent the pre-and post-Trump Republican Party represents any kind of philosophy at all, it is an economic neoliberalism which in practice enables, and acts as cover for, a crony capitalism heading toward state capitalism-the full fusion of big business and big government into one giant blob of increasingly totalitarian control freakery….”
Still want to wait for the midterm elections in 2022, to save our nation? Unless some backbones are regenerated in the Republican Party, no matter who wins and controls the vote in the House and the Senate, nothing is going to change. It will be the Uniparty that wins, and we, the taxpaying American citizens who love our country, will keep right on losing.
