In the midst of our cancel culture, when Marxist ideas are being bantered about, when equity is deemed by some to be the great equalizer in human events, I remembered an article written by James Madison, the Father of the Constitution, on the topic PROPERTY.
Who is Responsible for Saving the U.S. Constitution?
Tom Weaver 6/18/2021 10:01 AM
How many people know the opening words of the Constitution, the greatest document ever written designed to protect the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for its citizens of this United States?
Can nuclear power be a source of clean energy? YES!

I am a certified nuclear engineer. Admiral Rickover said so! I believe in the safety of the energy source and believe we should follow the example of the French, who use nuclear power for 73% of their energy.
Asymmetric Warfare: Part III, The Rules for Radicals
Tom Weaver 6/16/2021 10:01 AM
This Nation is amid a revolution, one designed to destroy this Nation and change our way of living… permanently. I call it a counter-revolution because the purpose is to replace our way of life, gained from a revolution demanding an end to tyranny. This counter-revolution wishes to replace freedom and liberty with tyranny.
Asymmetric Welfare, Part II
Tom Weaver 6/15/2021 10:01 AM
The Progressive, Marxist, Democrat party is engaged in a coup to wrestle power from the American people. They do not have the numbers to win in an election, so they rely upon subversion in all aspects of American life. It is called “asymmetric warfare.” Decide for yourself. What is the purpose of the coordinated attacks by the progressive Marxist democrat party? It is control, it is power, and it is reducing the greatest Nation in history to the trash bin of the “once great.” As discussed, they are doing it to every facet of our lives, attempting to fundamentally change this Nation.
Asymmetric Warfare Part I
Tom Weaver 6/14/2021 10:04 AM
We have heard the word, but do we understand the meaning? I had always thought it was an all-out effort to win; using armor, troops, air and sea power. I was wrong, that simple “a” changes the meaning from actual symmetry to something lacking symmetry, something being uneven. In warfare, asymmetric has a special meaning. It denotes an imbalance between stronger and weaker opponents. It primarily applies to the weaker force, who in order to win, evokes guerilla and terrorist tactics.
Electric Cars Will Save The Planet – Not!
Tom Weaver 6/11/2021 10:01 AM
There is a subversive undercurrent of power in this Nation that believes in fundamentally transforming our lifestyle, our liberty and our greatness. One sees the evidence every day as we listen to people decrying the destruction of the world by the unwarranted selfishness of the American people. The Green New Deal will be the savior of mankind.
Wind Turbines Are a Reliable Energy Source – Not!
Tom Weaver 6/10/2021 10:01 AM
A few years ago, we took a family vacation to Europe. We rented a car and kept our own schedule. I had taken a map of Texas and overlaid it on the map of Europe, and that is how I planned the mileage, as I knew the time from Fort Worth to Waco or Lubbock or some other city. A funny thing happened, a waiter outside of Brighton asked how I planned the trip. He looked skeptical when I told him, so I went out to the car, which had the steering wheel on the wrong side, grabbed the maps and showed him. The lunch ended up free.
What is an experiment?
Tom Weaver 6/9/2021 10:06 AM
People are constantly experimenting. Why? They do not know how something works. It is the inquisitive nature of humans which is not shared by other animals – experimentation. Growing up on the farm was no different. Tornadoes wreaked havoc periodically in Texas. The winds would tear off awnings and shutters and destroy anything with a direct hit.
The Politics of Division is Very Nasty!
Tom Weaver 6/8/2021 10:01 AM
We have had five discussions on systemic racism. I do not believe that systemic racism is written into the Law, but I do believe there are those that use the Law to create systemic racism. It is troubling that some will use whatever means possible to achieve power, except keeping their promises to those that support them. It has been going on since the beginning of time.
Solar Panels can save the Planet - Not!
Tom Weaver 6/7/2021 10:05 AM
Have you considered purchasing a solar panel array to reduce your energy costs? Environmentalists say it is the right thing to do, for it eliminates BAD sources of energy and helps save the planet. We have witnessed the push to incorporate solar panels by the government. What is the purpose of these politically driven campaigns? Is government following the science?
The Poop Hitting the Fan

No, this is not a missive on the current political situation, rather, it is a true story from childhood, where my brothers and I struggled to understand the basics of life, of words and of actions.
The Savior of the World is Batteries - NOT!

I have waited all my life to purchase an electric guitar. A college buddy, Pesky, recommended the PRS hollowbody guitar with two different pickups. Personally, I have no idea what any of that means, except that friends consider the PRS to be the sportscar of guitars.
With Every Exchange,There is a Service Fee.
Tom Weaver 6/3/2021 10:01 AM
Prior to the European Union, travel throughout Europe was an adventure, visiting 10 major countries each with their own currency. The flight from the United States would land at Heathrow and before one caught a cab to London, one had to exchange dollars for pounds, with a small service fee.
Rebuttal to proposed upgrades of the American Justice System
Tom Weaver 6/2/2021 2:01 PM
Editor’s Note: This is the second in a 3-part series on Criminal Justice Reform. Ted Agens, one of our Citizen Writers has put forth an interesting set of ideas to get politics out of the Justice System. As part of our effort to foster sincere discussion on critical issues, I challenged two of our feature writers to respond to Agens’ article. The intent is not to conduct a “beat down,” but rather to foster robust debate leading to actual solutions. Ed.
